Ma. Teresita Faustino-Manese has always been passionate about the arts. A graduate of Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in 1975, drawing and sketching was nothing new. And if there is anything she loves more than the arts, it's teaching.
From 1975 to 1988, Mrs. Manese was an instructor at SLIM's Fashion and Arts School, handling classes for Interior Design and Fashion Design.
From 1988-89 she was teaching for Beaver's Fashion School, and 1989-90 for Premiere Fashion School. After that she was connected with Negoskwela, a school that provided entrepreneurial options and self-help lessons for people. She had been involved in DIY classes such as Bedsheet and Curtain making and the like. She also handled seminars and full courses for Basic Flower Arrangement, Bridal Flower Arrangement, Wedding Coordinating, Interior Design and Fashion Design
Having knowledge and expertise, Mrs. Manese ( also Mommy Tet
or Tita Tettet as she is fondly called by her clients) went into the sewing business in 1986. Often the process involved the whole family. Up until today her daughters help her out with clients' wedding preparations, floral arrangements, designing, finishing, and wedding coordinating. She is their first and best mentor.
